    May,

    Nihon Chemical was established in Onomichi.
    Started chemical cleaning and the oil flushing of ships, equipment, pipes and tanks.

    June,

    Constructed a picking factory at Fukamachi, Onomichi.
    Started the pickling and painting of a variety of steel materials.

  • 1977
    May,

    Established Nihon Chemical CO. LTD. in Shinhama-cho, Fukuyama with capital of 1 million yen.
    Started shot blasting and painting at the same time.
    Hitoshi Murakami became company President.

1980 – 1989

    November,

    Constructed the Hongo factory in Hongocho, Mihara.
    Expanded shot blasting business.
    Increased capital to 4 million yen.

  • 1983
    February,

    Consolidated shot blasting and painting at the Hongo factory.

    March

    Relocated head office to Hongocho, Mihara, Hiroshima Prefecture.

    January,

    Increased capital to 10 million yen.

1990 – 1999

    June,

    Constructed and relocated the head office building and main building to the current location.

    May,

    Renovated the Mihara factory to become a shot-blasting factory.

    Opened the Urayasu office in Urayasu, Chiba Prefecture.
    Constructed the Urayasu factory to correspond to the needs of customers in Eastern Japan.

    Joined The Urayasu Tekko Danchi Cooperative Association.

    Started section steel cutting process for ships at the Urayasu factory.

    Started section steel cutting process in the main factory for ships.

    Constructed Building C, section steel cutting for ships, at the main factory.

    Constructed Build. D, bending process factory, in the main factory.

    The Onomichi factory was established at the site of Hitachi Zosen Corporation’s Mukaishima West Factory, in Mukaishimacho, Onomichi, Hiroshima Prefecture.

    March,

    The Ako factory was opened in Kamigori-cho, Ako-gun, Hyogo Prefecture and started shot peening the interior of stainless steel pipes.

    August,

    Shinji Murakami inaugurated representative president.

  • 2009
    May,

    Established Hakodate Steel Center

    September

    Relocated the shot processing line from the Mihara factory to Building C of the main factory.

    April,

    Started operation of Hakodate Steel Center.

    June,

    Established Semboku Steel Center.

    July,

    Started operation of Semboku Steel Center.

    January,

    Relocated equipment from the Ako factory to the main factory (SUS No. 1), and started shot peening of the interior of stainless steel pipes.

    February,

    Extended the shot peening of the interior of stainless steel pipes (SUS No. 2 factory).

    March,

    Remodeled Building B of the main factory and the shot process lines of Urayasu the factory. Upgraded the production system to enable the processing of 2.3 mm steel materials at the Urayasu factory.

    February,

    Transferred the section steel cutting and bending machines in Building C of the main office to the site within the Onomichi factory (No.2 Onomichi factory).

    July,

    Renovated a shot equipment set at the Urayasu factory.

    December,

    Established the NC Mutual Benefit Club (Corporate Mutual Club)

    Masahiro Ishida inaugurated President Director.

    December,

    Purchased a section steel automatic cutting machine for the Onomichi No. 1 factory.

    March,

    Relocated the Second Urayasu Factory (Shot Service CO. LTD.) to 12 Minato, Urayasu. Purchased a shot equipment set and started operation.

    Purchased a section steel automatic cutting machine for the No.2 Onomichi factory.

    November,

    Purchased a section steel automatic cutting machine for the Urayasu Process Center.

    December,

    Purchased section steel automatic cutting machine in Hakodate Steel Center.

    Completion of second main factory.
